  • When completing client registration documents we request you name, contact details, medical history and emergency contact information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • When you sign up on the website for newsletters or free gifts

  • Client registration or intake forms or registration for any events you are to attend

  • Payment details are only taken through Paypal or bank transfer so no payment information is kept on the website or otherwise

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us on any of our contact details provided

After with information will be disposed and any written documents shredded and removed. All written information is kept in a locked cabinet with only 1 person having access at all times.
